Dan Messina is the managing Broker of Hillcrest Properties. He is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Mr. Messina has been in the real estate business for over 18 years and has negotiated hundreds of transactions for his clients. Dan Messina is a Certified Property Manager® and experienced asset manager. He has been responsible for the oversight and/or direct management of commercial real estate since 1993. In 1993 Mr. Messina began working for the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency (MassHousing) as an asset manager. In 1996 he joined Hillcrest Properties and has been directly responsible for the management of multiple commercial and residential properties since that point. Certified Property Managers® are recognized as experts in the field of real estate management who pledge to uphold the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Code of Professional Ethics. To become a CPM®, candidates must complete a series of courses, complete a management plan/skill assessment on a property, pass a comprehensive examination and demonstrate qualifying management experience.

CCIM is one of the largest comprehensive networks of professionals in the world; the benefits of using a CCIM range from their experience and sophisticated knowledge of the industry, networking and commitment to a higher standard of ethics. Mr. Messina also holds a bachelors degree with a concentration in accounting & finance, a Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University and has extensive experience conducting financial analysis’ of commercial investment property.
