Hillcrest Properties is a Waltham based real estate management, leasing and development company specializing in commercial office properties.  At Hillcrest Properties we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service as we strive to establish long-term relationships with our tenants and property owners.  The properties we develop are intended to be held in our management portfolio for the long-term, as a result we design quality buildings with on-going management considerations in mind; our properties have low common area factors, efficient floor plates and can be maintained at reasonably low operating costs over time.

 

Hillcrest Properties is a family owned business started in 1973, many of the properties developed since our founding are still managed by the company today.  Dan Messina is the managing broker of Hillcrest Properties and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member® (CCIM), Certified Property Manager® (CPM), Realtor® and Licensed Real Estate Broker in MA, NH & RI.

 

We currently manage a portfolio of office properties in the Metro-West area and North Shore of Massachusetts.  Our portfolio consists of professional office, medial, dental and R&D space.  We offer in house leasing, design, construction and property accounting services.
