Danvers Professional Building:
197 Newbury Street consisted of an additional 1.5 acres of land after the redevelopment of 199 Newbury Street from a swim and tennis club into an office and flex property. Plans for a 35,000 square foot office building were created and preliminary steps to start construction were pursued although the building was never built and the property was later sold.
The following rendering represents the conceptual design of this proposed 2 story office building. It would have had ribbon style windows and a masonry exterior with a spacious 2 story entrance and lobby.
