The park was originally developed as Phase I at 220 Bear Hill Road for the Hillcrest-Nims Function Facility which opened its doors in 1973 as one of the largest private function halls in the area.  The facility has served functions for well over 1,000 people and has hosted events for local, state and federally elected officials and entertainers over the years.  In 1998 the function hall was closed and the building was completely renovated into a state of the art office and communications center and was leased to a provider of telecommunications services for their corporate headquarters.  The building housed over 29,000sf of office and cubicle space, data center and network operations space as well as loading.  The property offers high floor loads, 150’ x 60’ clear span column spacing, ceilings heights from 10’ - 16’, 3 phase 480/270 volt power, roof top heat and A/C, and is handicapped accessible.

The Hillcrest Office Park was further developed with an additional 2 office buildings (Phases II, III and IV) consisting of over 44,500sf of space at 240 and 260 Bear Hill Road.  260 Bear Hill Road (Phase II) was constructed in 1978 and was later doubled in size (Phase IV).  240 Bear Hill Road was constructed in 1979 (Phase III).  Both properties offer professional office space with first class finishes, roof top heat and A/C, are fully accessible with elevator access to all floors and offer flexible layouts catered to small to medium sized tenants.  The properties have been regularly updated over the years through ongoing capital improvements.

In 2001 the Hillcrest Office Park was further improved upon with the development and construction of 210 Bear Hill Road (Phase V). 210 Bear Hill Road is a 35,800sf office building offering first class finishes for professional office, medical and dental users.  The building has a 2 story atrium, grade level garage with reserved parking, free on-site parking, is fully accessible with elevator access to all floors, high ceilings, 8’ doors, ribbon style windows to maximize natural lighting, multi-zone roof top heat and A/C.
