Phase VI of the Hillcrest Office Park remains in the conceptual stage at this time.

The potential for a major redevelopment of the Hillcrest Office Park consisting of over 5.6 acres of land is a long-term option and will based on market conditions at the time it is pursued.

Possible redevelopment opportunities include the construction of approximately 450,000sf of first class office space with a combination of approximately 1,500 parking spaces utilizing surface and above/below ground parking facilities.

A second redevelopment option includes the potential to build residential apartments or senior/assisted living; utilizing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Chapter 40B guidelines the potential project could include approximately 700 apartments with approximately 800 parking spaces utilizing surface and above/below ground parking facilities.
